Before joining the team at System Seals, Martin van Noordwyk has been working in the automotive industry. He has a strong background in product development using the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process to satisfy all customer requirements.

He has a Master’s degree in project management and 12 years of experience as a project manager. With his mindset focused on delivering excellent customer service, he will work hard to close projects on time, on cost and on quality. Customers also value his eye for details and the ability to pull the team together to find the right solutions for their needs.
