Born in Brazil and with a BA(Hons) in Marketing and Journalism, Karyna fell in love with customer service after working in New York where she specialized in sales. As part of the System Seals European sales team since 2023, she provides potential and existing customers with a consistent high standard of support and advice in a fast, approachable and friendly manner.

She is also responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the UK office.
